By registering for Listen, Mo Chroí: Cultivating Presence and Creativity with Wild Awe (the "Retreat"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Payment

Investment: The total cost of the retreat is [$1,995.00 USD to $2,995.00 USD, depending on room].

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required to secure your place.

Balance Due: Full payment must be received by June 23, 2026 (90 days prior to start of retreat). Failure to pay the balance may result in the forfeiture of your spot and deposit.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant Cancellation: Cancellations made more than [90] days before the retreat start date will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within [90] days of the retreat are non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage.

Organizer Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat (excluding Force Majeure), you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made to We Human. We are not responsible for airfare or other travel expenses incurred.

3. The 72-Hour Offline Ceremony

Participation: You acknowledge that a core pillar of this retreat is a facilitator-supported 72-hour period without personal digital devices (phones, tablets, laptops).

Emergency Contact: We will provide an emergency phone number for your family/office. In the event of an emergency, we will ensure you are notified immediately.

Device Storage: Devices will be stored securely by the staff for the duration of the ceremony.

4. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Physical Ability: This retreat takes place in the rugged landscape of the Burren and may include hiking on uneven limestone terrain. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in these activities.

Clinical Nature: While facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist, this retreat is a wellness and educational experience, not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical treatment.

Liability: You agree to assume all risks associated with travel and retreat activities and release We Human and its contractors from liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss.

5. Travel and Insurance

Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the Common Knowledge Centre in Co. Clare, Ireland.

Insurance Requirement: It is a condition of booking that you possess valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

6. Ethical Conduct

Community Standards: We are committed to a restorative and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat without a refund if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to the group container.
