By registering for the Ireland Retreat with Shannon Algeo (the "Retreat"), taking place June 28 – July 2, 2027 in Co. Clare, Ireland, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Payment

Investment: The total cost of the retreat depends upon the room that is booked, ranging in price from $3,195.00 USD to $1,995.00 USD, depending on room.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $850 USD is required to secure your place. While non-refundable, your deposit is transferable; if you are unable to attend, you may transfer it to a named replacement participant or apply it as a credit toward a future We Human offering.

Balance Due: Full payment must be received by April 22, 2027 (67 days prior to the retreat start date of June 28, 2027). Failure to pay the balance may result in the forfeiture of your spot and deposit. Payment plans are available upon request.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 67 days before the retreat start date will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 67 days of the retreat are non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage.

Deposit Transfers: In all cases, the deposit remains non-refundable but may be transferred to a named replacement participant or converted to a credit toward a future We Human program, subject to prior written arrangement with our team.

Organizer Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat (excluding Force Majeure), you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made to We Human. We are not responsible for airfare or other travel expenses incurred.

3. The 72-Hour Offline Experience

Participation: You acknowledge that a core pillar of this retreat is a facilitator-supported 72-hour period without personal digital devices (phones, tablets, laptops).

Emergency Contact: We will provide an emergency phone number for your family/office. In the event of an emergency, we will ensure you are notified immediately.

Device Storage: Devices will be stored in a secure space with participant access in case of an emergency.

4. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Physical Ability: This retreat takes place in the rugged landscape of the Burren and may include hiking on uneven limestone terrain. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in these activities.

Clinical Nature: While facilitated by a trained psychotherapist, this retreat is a wellness and educational experience, not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical treatment.

Liability: You agree to assume all risks associated with travel and retreat activities and release We Human and its contractors from liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss.

5. Travel and Insurance

Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the Common Knowledge Centre in Co. Clare, Ireland.

Insurance Requirement: It is a condition of booking that you possess valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

6. Ethical Conduct

Community Standards: We are committed to a restorative and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat without a refund if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to the group container.
